Experimental principle: This kit uses double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to determine human HIV-Gp41 in the specimen. The microplate is coated with purified HIV-Gp41 antibody to prepare a solid phase antibody, which can be combined with human HIV-Gp41 in the sample, washed to remove unbound antigen and other components, and then HRP-labeled HIV-Gp41 antibody. The antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex was formed by binding, and after thorough washing, the substrate TMB was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and converted to the final yellow color by the action of an acid. The absorbance (OD value) was measured at a wavelength of 450 nm using a microplate reader, and compared with the CUTOFF value to determine the presence or absence of human HIV-Gp41 in the specimen.
