High-quality convex plastic ink well-known technical formula

At present, the material for the convex plate printing has been widely used for printing plastic films, cellophane papers, aluminum foils, and composite materials using them as substrates in addition to paper. This agent is a high-quality convex plastic ink used in recent years. It is a new ink with phenolic resin as binder, tung oil and linseed oil as solvents.

1. Features and uses

(1) The combination of the agent and the plastic substrate has a high fastness, and the ink has a clear color and does not fade easily.

(2) The characters and patterns printed on the plastic surface have good firmness and wear resistance. It is mainly used for printing convex plates on plastic parts. Can print a variety of bright color patterns.

2. Raw materials

(1) Phenolic resin See (6) modified phenolic resin adhesive. One of the main raw materials for this agent, used as a binder. Use type 2118 phenolic resin.

(2) Rosin See VII (b) Black amino alkyd paint. This agent is used as a binder and increases the transparency of the product. Use industrial products.

(3) Tung oil Oil that has been squeezed from the tung tree. Tongzi oil content is about 30% to 50%. Oil yellow brown, freezing point 2-3 °C, is a very important dry oil. The main ingredient is glycerol ester of oleic acid. The oil film dries quickly, is strong and non-sticky, and is resistant to water, alkali, light and atmospheric corrosion. Tung oil is a specialty in China, and the production areas are mainly in the southwestern provinces, especially in Sichuan and Hunan. According to the quality requirements of tung oil, it is divided into 10 varieties. This agent is used as a solvent. Use No. 6 and No. 3 tung oil. Available at general paint shops.

(4) Linseed oil See VII (II) Black amino alkyd paint. This agent is used as a solvent. Use industrial products.

(5) Cobalt naphthenate See VII (a) unsaturated polyester coating. The agent used as accelerator, driers. Use industrial products.

(6) Prussian Blue See thirteen (4) black leather self-polishing agents. This agent is used as a colorant. Use industrial products.

(7) Qinglian Deep purple powder. Bright colors, high tinting strength, scratched copper on the paper, lasting forever. Addition to the ink can improve blackness, water permeability and oil permeability. Fast, good heat resistance. This agent is used as a colorant. Industrial crystals are used. (8) Phthalocyanine green G, also known as 5319 turnip green G, polychlorinated copper phthalocyanine. Dark green powder. Bright colors, high coloring power. Insoluble in water and general solvents. It is olive green in concentrated sulfuric acid and green precipitate after dilution. Fast and heat resistant. This agent is used as a colorant. Use industrial products. (9) Copper phthalocyanine See (15) Heat stabilizers for polyethylene plastics. This agent is used as a colorant. Use industrial products.

(10) Unified Golden Light Red, also known as Golden Red, Golden Pink, 3006 Gold Red. Yellow light red powder. The colored light shows a brilliant red with gold light. Strong coloring, a certain degree of transparency. The powder is extremely delicate and powdery. Lightfastness is general. Acid, alkali, oil permeability. This agent is used as a colorant. (11) Jin Guanghong C Also known as Jin Guanghong CN, Lake Red C. Red with yellow powder. Slightly soluble in 10% hot sodium hydroxide, water and ethanol, insoluble in acetone and benzene. Concentrated sulfuric acid in cherry red, brown red precipitation after dilution, in the potassium hydroxide alcohol solution was dark brown red, in concentrated sodium hydroxide solution for the brick red precipitation, the aqueous solution met with red precipitation of hydrochloric acid. It is reddish orange in concentrated sulfuric acid, brownish yellow precipitate after dilution, and brownish yellow in concentrated nitric acid. Strong coloring, good light fastness, good transparency. This agent is used as a colorant. Use industrial products. 4. Preparation and use methods

The phenolic resin and rosin were first dissolved in linseed oil and No. 6 tung oil and stirred to dissolve. Then No. 3 tung oil and cobalt naphthenate were added. Finally, the color material was added, and the mixture was rolled by a three-roll mill after mixing. The finely divided pigment is uniformly dispersed in the solvent. Solvent inks can also be used with closed ball mills, vertical ball mills, sand mills, etc. to allow mixing and milling to proceed simultaneously. In use, the plastic and its products are printed on a convex printing press.
