The pressure of the squeegee should be based on the scraping of excess ink on the surface of the anilox roller. If the pressure is too large, damage to the squeegee and anilox roller may occur. (2) Replace the worn squeegee in time. The worn squeegee will affect the uniformity of the squeegee and the stability of the ink transfer, so replace the worn squeegee in time. In addition, it is forbidden to start up without ink, so as to avoid dry friction between the anilox roller and the doctor blade, thereby damaging the anilox roller and the doctor blade. (3) The squeegee is installed at an appropriate angle. Usually, the angle between the installation angle of the reverse doctor blade and the tangent is 30° to 40°. (4) Reasonable use of squeegee material. Squeegees usually have two types of steel scrapers and plastic scrapers. The plastic scraper is relatively wear-resistant, can better ensure the stability of the ink scraping, and is beneficial to improve printing efficiency and print quality. Fast car wash color change Car wash is the basis of equipment maintenance. Achieving rapid car wash and color change not only enables the flexo press to be in a good state, but also further improves the quality and production efficiency of the print. (1) Frequently remove and wash parts of the ink circulation system. The pump head, ink storage tank, ink collection tank and filter screen of the ink circulation system are often difficult to clean. It is easy to accumulate ink after a long time. Therefore, these “dead spots†are often taken apart and thoroughly cleaned to ensure daily fast car wash color change. . (2) Avoid drying of the ink on the flexo press. In the printing process, if the downtime is long, the ink circulation system should be cleaned to prevent the ink from drying and crusting, affecting the smoothness of the ink circulation system, and thus affecting the speed of car wash color change. (3) Reasonably arrange the printing color sequence. When printing multi-color corrugated boxes, if you need to print two or more times, you should pay attention to the reasonable arrangement of the printing color sequence to improve the efficiency and quality of car wash color change. If the two-color (red, blue, black, green) corrugated box is not printed on the two-color flexo printing machine, the printing color sequence can be arranged as follows: the first pre-printing red, the rear printing blue, the second It is easier to print black in the second group and green in the back group.
