Labels showing the freshness of the fruit and the degree of gas generation

Most consumers in the supermarket to buy fruit are generally used to smell the smell of fruit or used to pinch the hardness of fruit to feel the maturity of the fruit. But now, after the American company Ripesence developed a label that can express the freshness of fruits and the degree of gas generation, it can be used on fruit packaging to avoid the above-mentioned methods of smelling or using hands to sense the maturity of fruits. In order to enable the package to reflect the freshness of the fruit, the company has conducted collaborative research and joint operations with the vegetable packaging company in the western United States. When the fruit matures, it produces mature gas and aroma that reacts with the chemicals on the label. The color shown is yellow - indicating a fresh, outward-looking fruit; the fresh, unripened fruit turns orange, indicating that the surface of the fruit is still very hard; finally it turns to red, indicating that the fruit is juicy to maturity. Consumers can determine the ripeness of fruit through the color change meter of the fruit packaging label, no longer squeeze or touch, and the fruit will not suffer damage due to it. This collaborative research - maturity shows that the juice plan also includes a variety of fruits such as kiwi, melon, mango, avocado and stone fruit.
