1 Introduction Since the birth of cowboy clothing for more than one hundred years, it has been enduring and has won popularity among consumers at home and abroad. However, with the continuous improvement of living standards, people's individual needs for clothing become higher and higher. Therefore, ordinary indigo apparel is far from meeting people's consumer needs. In order to cater to the changes in the market, denim and clothing are gradually developing in a colorful direction. Such as sandblasting, spraying, spraying paint, dyeing, tie-dye, etc., which have emerged in recent years are some of the new processing methods. In the indigo background of denim and clothing, the use of whitening agent for discharge printing is also a very important processing technique for increasing denim and garment color varieties. We use DBK/FA as a whitening agent for the dyeing and printing of denim and garments, and achieved satisfactory results. This article gives some introductions to this new indigo extractant and its application process for your reference. 2 experimental section Our discharge dyeing printing aids are DBK-100 and FA-100 produced by Qingdao Haiyi Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. Both additives are white solid particles, and the active ingredient content is 100±1%. The principle of the two additives to discharge the indigo is the use of DBK-100 and FA-100 indigo color whitening agent, using FB as a fixing agent, and pigment as a coloring agent, in the indigo color At the same time, the desired color is fixed on the fiber to obtain a durable color pattern. This product is suitable for various types of Indigo and Sulfur Black dyed denim and clothing. The denim used in the experiment was 10s×10s indigo denim produced by Lanyan Group Co., Ltd. Abstract : The application process of a new type of indigo denim printing and dyeing auxiliaries is introduced. The effect of the amount of unloading agent on the whiteness and strength of fabrics is discussed.
