Main performance characteristics of Winner801 nanometer particle size analyzer

Winner801 is the latest nanometer particle size analyzer based on the principle of dynamic light scattering, and also the first nanometer particle size analyzer using photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS) technology in China. It uses the high-speed digital correlator and professional high-performance photomultiplier tubes as the core device, which has the characteristics of fast, high resolution, repeatability and accuracy, and is the first choice for nanoparticle size determination.

Main performance characteristics:

Advanced testing principle: This instrument uses dynamic light scattering principle and photon correlation spectroscopy technology to determine the particle size according to the speed of Brownian motion of the particles in the liquid. The Brownian motion speed of small particles is fast, and the Brownian motion speed of large particles is slow. When the laser irradiates these particles, particles of different sizes will cause the fluctuation of the scattered light to vary. Photon correlation spectroscopy analyzes the particle size according to the fluctuation of photons in a specific direction. Therefore, this instrument has the characteristics of advanced principles and extremely high accuracy, thus ensuring the authenticity and validity of the test results; it is the preferred instrument for the determination of the particle size of nano-excitation particles.

High sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio: the detector of this instrument uses professional-grade high-performance photomultiplier tube (PMT), which has extremely high sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio for photon signals, thus ensuring the accuracy of the test results;

Extremely high resolving power: When using PCS technology to determine the size of nano-scale particles, it must be able to resolve nanosecond signal fluctuations. The core component of this instrument adopts CR140 digital correlator developed by Micro-Nano Company, which has the extremely high resolution capability of identifying 8ns and the extremely high signal processing speed, so it can obtain accurate measurement results.

Super powerful calculation function: This instrument adopts the self-developed high-speed digital correlator CR140 for data collection and real-time correlation calculations. Its data processing speed is up to 125M, which effectively reflects the dynamic light scattering information of particles in real time.

Stable optical path system: The optical path system built with short-wavelength LD pump laser light source and fiber technology makes the photon correlation spectrum detection system not only small in size, but also has strong anti-interference ability, thus ensuring the stability of the test.
