Secto Design at the Finnish Embassy in London

The past autumn brought a delightful highlight as we became a part of the Finnish Design Embassy, a unique initiative aimed at supporting Finnish companies to extend their reach globally. For Secto Design, this project was an incredible chance to keep spreading the essence of Finnish design across the world. Our involvement took place in London, at the serene and elegant private residence of the Finnish Ambassador in Kensington Palace Gardens. The ambassador himself welcomed us for a special evening with a select group of London-based interior designers. The setting couldn't have been more perfect for showcasing our products. The evening began with guests admiring our lamps, artfully arranged throughout the residence. This display beautifully highlighted the adaptability of our Scandinavian design collection, proving how seamlessly they blend with traditional settings. As we gathered for dinner, Joakim Jusélius, our co-owner, shared the story of Secto Design. He emphasized our commitment to staying true to our roots—remaining a family-run business, crafting each lamp by hand, and adhering to principles of sustainability and honesty in all aspects of our work. Unfortunately, our designer, architect Seppo Koho, couldn’t join us in person. However, we were lucky to have Ilkka Suppanen with us, who spoke about Seppo's design philosophy and provided fresh insights into his work. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, thanks to the glow of our lamps, which added a cozy yet modern touch to the evening. New connections were forged, and it was an unforgettable experience to be part of a project that celebrated Finland’s innovative and sustainable design culture. We’re deeply grateful to Ambassador Jukka Siukosaari for hosting such a memorable event and to Päivi Balomenos, Kaisa Laine, and Ilkka Suppanen from the Finnish Design Embassy for orchestrating this fantastic initiative. This event reinforced our belief in the versatility of our lamps, making them ideal for enhancing any space, whether for daily use or special occasions. It was a night filled with joy, learning, and the celebration of design excellence—a testament to the enduring appeal of Finnish craftsmanship. --- This narrative captures the essence of the event while providing a personal touch, ensuring it exceeds 500 characters while remaining engaging and authentic.

Face Blush

Blush, when applied, will give the cheeks a healthy rosy color. If eye makeup is the focus of face makeup and lipstick is an indispensable part of the makeup bag, then blush is the best tool to shape the face and beautify the skin tone.

The painting method of blush follows the trend of makeup! Just like the heavy smoke that was popular in the last two years, there is basically no need to paint blush! But this season's soft smoke, blush is used to create three-dimensional sense, blush of course should be painted, but it is recommended to use coffee color to let the face three-dimensional, don't let it steal the eye makeup." Blush to me is like an accessory, a clever way to do it in small places to create a whole look!" . It's like wearing an epithelial bracelet when you want to show your personality. Use an orange-brown blush brush on your cheekbones to show off your makeup. If you want to feel sweet, wear a candy-colored bracelet and brush on pink round blush to make your makeup look cute and sweet in an instant!
