Fiberboard production replacement product specification operating procedures

1. The on-duty technicians prepare the replacement product specifications in advance according to the production schedule and production conditions:

(1). Observe the material level of the 436 cycle bin. If the material level is high, use it in time.

(2). Observe the material level of the 401-411 fiber bin. According to the difference between the current production specifications and the specifications of the changed products and the output of the production task list, timely inform the hot mill operator to drop to the appropriate speed and replace the specifications. The fiber form and moisture content requirements of the product are notified to the hot mill and dryer operator.

(3) When the material level of 411 fiber bin is reduced to 10%, it is determined according to the specifications of the product to be replaced whether the pre-presser thickness stop and the side wall are adjusted, the paving is stopped, and the hot mill and dryer are notified. The operator begins to produce the fibers of the desired product.

(4). Inform the cold-turn and diagonal saw position operators to prepare for replacement product specifications.

2. The technician on duty transfers the molding line and heating parameters from the computer and inputs them into the system to adjust the pre-press, including the thickness stop, the side limit wall and the adjustment of the feed head angle. After the adjustment is completed, the molding line is started at the right time. Paving, while checking the paving quality, pre-compression quality and edge quality.

3. When the press is emptied, the press parameters are transferred from the computer and input into the system, and the angle of the feed head of the press is adjusted according to the thickness specification.

4. After the adjustment is completed, according to the temperature of the hot platen, the operator of the hot mill is notified in time to start the speed increase.

5. Everything is ready, including the temperature of the hot platen is suitable, the water content is suitable, the material position of 401-411 is suitable, the cold turn and the diagonal saw are ready, and the telescopic squat can be closed to start the production of new specifications.

Note:

1. When changing, the on-duty technicians should make overall arrangements and be flexible. The above provisions 2, 3 and 4 can be cross-over.

2. The production department should try to avoid production arrangements with large differences in thickness specifications.

3. Products with very similar specifications can be replaced directly, and the hot mill does not need to slow down.
