Goldfish packaging technology points

With the increasingly active sales market for goldfish, most goldfish need to be transported long distances to all parts of the country and even exported to Europe and the United States. In order to increase the survival rate of goldfish transportation and reduce economic losses, the author summarizes goldfish breeding and packaging and transportation in the past five years. Practical experience, the following points are for reference only.

First, the preparation before packing

1. Prepare packaging water (1) Tap water: must be filtered and exposed for more than 48 hours.
(2) Well water: Can not use newly added fresh water, must be exposed to more than 48 hours of exposure, and after filtration; can not use the body of fish has been raised fish, packaging water before filling in pure oxygen for 5 minutes, so that the body of water Become oxygen-rich water.
2. Preparation of packaging box and packaging bag (1) Packaging foam box: Must use high-density foam box, the specified density must be (15 ± 0.45) kg/m3, the appearance of no obvious foam sticking, deformation, damage, dirty Stain, pressing with a finger, no noticeable indentation, box size uniform, dense, clean before shipping.
(2) Packing bag: PE bag must be selected in accordance with the provisions of the foam box, the thickness of the large bag is 0.5 mm, the bag is 0.4 mm, and the bag is used only once to avoid infection of pathogenic factors.
(3) Prepare packaging items: Try to reduce the transportation time of goldfish packaging. First, prepare necessary items such as oxygen, rubber bands, sealing tape, labels, etc., and adjust the packaging water in advance.

Second, the preparation of the fish

1. Prepare fish ponds to raise fish

The fish pond for raising the fish is first disinfected with bleaching powder, and then rinsed with fresh water. The fish pond must be washed clean before adding new water and injecting oxygen. Ideally, 1 to 2 days in advance, the empty pool should be ready for water, and raise the fish before raising the fish. Confirm that there is no problem before raising the fish.

2. Pick fish tips

Before catching the fish, first of all, it is necessary to understand clearly the stock situation of the fish farm. When the order is obtained, it can be clear where to pick the fish. The fish net, fishing net and cage are all ready. The selected fish species must meet the order requirements. The specifications should be consistent with the order.

3. Fishing and Transferring Fish

(1) Be careful when fishing: Under normal circumstances, use scooping nets to fish, remove them and put them into buckets or other bodies of water, try to put the scooping nets in contact with the water before putting the fishes down, and don’t be rude in midair. Pour the fish into the water, weighing no more than 0.5 kilograms each time. More than 10 cm of black goldfish or more than 18 cm of high-quality fish must not be caught in a fishing net, but can only be taken with both hands. Each time the fish can not be fished too much, otherwise it is easy for the fish body to be heavily rubbed, injured, and scaled in the fishing net, which can easily cause infection during packaging and transportation, resulting in illness and death.
(2) Transfer of fish: The temperature difference of water when transferring fish does not exceed 2°C, and must be carried with water. When the fish is transferred, use a bucket. Do not use the fishing net to transfer the fish. The ratio of fish to water is 1:3. The time for the fish to leave the water must not exceed 8 seconds.

4. Measurement specifications

Measure the length of the fish body. Take the fish in your left hand, lie on the palm of your hand, head toward the operator, turn your abdomen toward the palm of your hand, and hold your ruler with your right hand. When measuring, try not to take the fish out of the water. The ruler cannot oppress the fish body too tightly so as not to injure the scales and damage the fish. Whenever possible, read the fish when it is at rest. When reading, the line of sight and the scale of the ruler should be perpendicular. Do not use a ruler. Place it on the oblique line of the fish to avoid inaccurate readings.

5. Points

Count the number of orders according to the number of points. First, the number of points to be prepared for the fish together, in order to ensure accurate counting and counting does not harm the fish, must use both hands to operate, 5 to 10 cm size of the fish count 5 each time, The "Pearl" and "Pterodactyl" of less than 10 cm are counted in 3 counts, 2 in 10 to 15 cm specifications, and 1 in 15 cm or more.

6. Identification

The type, specification, quantity, supplier (code) should be indicated on the identification plate, and the writing should be clear.

Third, the packaging notes

1. Packing (1) Exhaust: Make sure the air in the bag is clean.
(2) Inflation: The bag filled with oxygen should be saturated with the packaging box.
(3) Sealing: Use rubber bands to tie it tightly.
(4) Packing and sealing: When the bag is put into the box, the mouth of the bag should be upward. When the box is sealed, the box cover should be matched and indicated with 1 upward.

2. Clean up the scene

After the packaging operation is completed, the site shall be cleaned and cleaned, and the tools such as cages, fishing nets and barrels shall be disinfected and placed neatly.
