AQSIQ: 989 batches of wooden furniture failed the sampling rate of 9.1%

The national joint supervision and inspection of the quality of five kinds of daily consumer goods such as bedding, spring soft mattress, children's and infant clothing, wooden furniture and toilet paper. Relevant provincial-level quality and technical supervision bureaus (market supervision and management departments) have organized and completed the tasks of joint supervision and spot checks, and announced the results of random inspections to the public. First, the overall spot check situation

The spot check covered 2,784 batches of 2,772 enterprises in 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) including Beijing, Tianjin and Shanxi (excluding export products). After inspection, 2,582 batches of 2,570 companies were qualified and 202 enterprises were qualified. The 202 batches of products were unqualified, the product qualification rate was 92.7%, and the unqualified product detection rate was 7.3%. Among them, a total of 471 batches of products from 470 enterprises in 22 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) were randomly selected. A total of 454 batches of products were found to be qualified, and 17 batches of products were unqualified. The detection rate of unqualified products was 3.6%. A total of 453 batches of 447 companies in 22 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) were randomly selected from spring soft mattresses. 420 batches of products were found to be qualified, and 27 batches of products were unqualified. The unqualified product detection rate was 6%. The toilet paper collected 497 batches of products from 492 enterprises in 23 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). In order to reflect the overall situation of the industry more scientifically, the scope of this joint investigation covers large, medium and small scale types of enterprises. Large enterprises have randomly surveyed 128 batches of 131 products, and 129 batches of products have passed the product qualification rate of 98.5%; medium-sized enterprises have randomly selected 375 batches of 376 batches of products, and 366 batches of products have passed the product qualification rate. It is 97.3%; small enterprises have randomly selected 2,277 batches of 2,269 companies, and 2,087 batches have passed the product, and the product qualification rate is 91.7%.

Second, the results of random inspection of wooden furniture

The formaldehyde emission of 39 batches was unqualified. In the past five years, the national supervised sampling rate of wooden furniture was 84.4%, 82.1%, 82.7%, 88.8% and 90.9% respectively.

All relevant provincial-level quality and technical supervision bureaus (market supervision and management departments) must conscientiously sum up this joint supervision and spot check work, strengthen the supervision of key product quality in a targeted manner, urge enterprises to implement quality main responsibility, and continuously promote the overall level of product quality. In view of the outstanding quality problems reflected in this spot check, such as the dry rubbing fastness and fiber content of bedding products, the items such as bedding, spring and durability of spring soft mattress are not qualified, children and The formaldehyde content and pH value of infant and children's clothing are unqualified, the woodworking requirements, physical and chemical properties of wooden furniture are unqualified, the softness and dustiness of toilet paper are unqualified, and follow-up supervision of relevant enterprises should be intensified.
